Mariah Driggers, MA, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

A woman with long dark hair smiling outdoors with green foliage and a tree in the background.

Mariah's primary focus is play therapy for children ages 5 and up, and she also works with adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. She uses a person-centered approach, drawing on play therapy, psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, parental guidance, narrative, and solution-focused therapy — among others — depending on what each client needs.

She enjoys working with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, childhood behavioral issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, postpartum depression and anxiety, and trauma/PTSD. Her approach centers on helping clients become the true experts of their own lives — she believes everyone has the strength to work through what they're facing, and sees her role as guiding and supporting that process rather than directing it.

Born and raised in Vidalia, Georgia, Mariah is married to her high school sweetheart, raising a son, and outnumbered by six very energetic dogs. Outside of client work, she spends her free time reading and enjoying quiet days at the lake. She earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine.
