Melodie is usually the first person you'll talk to when you reach out to Lyons Center — by phone, text, or email. She's not a therapist, and she'll be the first to tell you that (with a laugh) if you start getting into the details before you've even booked an appointment. But she's also often the person people find themselves opening up to first, just because she makes it easy.

Melodie brings over 10 years of administrative experience and a background in Mass Communications to her role. She moved to Warner Robins with her family in 2024, when her husband began coaching football and wrestling at his alma mater — a lot of their life now revolves around those sports, with their oldest starting to get into athletics himself and two younger kids cheering him on. Between a big extended family, three kids, and two dogs, she's used to a little bit of chaos, and it shows in how steady she stays with everyone who calls in.

Looking ahead, Melodie hopes to build on her own interest in helping people by one day becoming a therapist herself.
